Monica Ryan’s dad was a plumber and started Village Plumbing
in 1946. Ever since she can remember she was learning about plumbing from one
of the best in the business.

After graduating from a local Prep School, she attended
Texas A&M and paid for her own education by training horses and working as
a pizza waitress.

Monica began her career at Village in 1984 in a temporary
position and after three weeks decided to stay with the company. She felt she
needed more education and returned to night school at the University of Houston
earning a Masters Degree in Accounting.

In 1988, Monica became the manager of twenty-one Village
employees. In 1993, she purchased the company from her parents. Along the way she
became a Master Plumber and working directly with customers realized first-hand
the importance of doing the job right, respecting the customer and their home.

Today, Village Plumbing & Home Services has grown to
provide complete plumbing, air conditioning, heating and appliance repair
services. An uncompromising commitment to integrity, technical expertise and
unrivaled customer service is the cornerstone of the company.
