Anyone that wants to join us is welcome. So please grab any Longhorns and any other school’s alumni\, friends\, family or coworkers that are aimlessly wondering what to do on a Tuesday night. \nDon’t forget that this can be used toward volunteering community service hours for those in high school\, college and other community organizations. By registering in the Food Bank’s system\, the hours can be tracked throughout the year and downloaded at any time or pickup the a certificate at the end of each shift before you leave. \nFamilies (with anyone age 6 years or older) and friends are welcome. Since it is a warehouse environment\, everyone must wear closed-toe shoes (no sling-backs)\, long shorts (to the knee) or pants\, and no low cut tops (OSHA regulations).
